Hi. I'm looking for a tour with the characteristics of this one, and I want to have ALL the expenses sorted before so I don't need to pay for tickets or meals or anything. I see this one is a bit more than others that offer petty much the same. Is because all those things included ? Thanks. PJ
Yes, the bus has a restroom, however; the rest room is for emergency use only. We stop every 1 - 2 hours for a rest stop. You should use the rest room then.
The tour guide arranges the lunch and dinners. Generally at fast food stops, food courts, or restaurants along the tour path.
Hi, I'm very interested in booking one of your tours. Unfortunately we'll arrive in LA Sun, Aug 28 very late in the evening - means that we're not able to take one of those Sunday-trips.
Is there a possibility to do such a tour on Monday, Tuseday or Wednesday? It should be a 2/3-day tour starting and ending in Los Angeles. It would be awesome if you offer such a trip!
Regards, Nina
Before we book this tour 2-121, I'd like to make sure that when we tour the Yellowstone National Park, we will go see Old Faithful and the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. To me, this will be the highlight of my trip and I would be dissappointed if we do not see these two. Thanks.
The tour does make stops at Old Faithful to try and see an eruption of water. The tour also tries to stop for 1 - 2 hours at the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone to view the coloration of the rocks.
1. The 'Buy 2 Get 1 free' is it really like adding a 3rd guess without any extra charges for hotel room, bus places etc. ie. like 3 persons travel with the price of 2?
2. What happens if 3 persons are reserved and the 3rd guess cannot make in the last minute?
1. Yes, so if you have 3 people sharing 1 room, then the 3rd person's tour price is free. However, for some tours that may include additional admission fees in the tour price, then the 3rd free person will have to cover the additional ticket fees.
2. If you tell use a week before the tour that the 3rd person cannot attend the tour, then there will be a minimum penalty order amendment fee of $30. If you do not tell us the 3rd free spot is not attending the tour, then a "no show" fee will apply. The no show fee will be charged to the remaining people attending the tour and will be different per tour.
Q1 WHAT WOULD BE THE CHARGE IF I OPT FOR A BREAKFAST IN THE HOTEL BORNE BY ME?
Q2 IF WE WANT TO UPGRADE THE HOTEL WILL IT BE POSSIBLE? IF POSSIBLE THEN WHAT WOULD BE THE ADDITIONAL COST FOR THE SAME
Q3 CAN YOU BOOK THE HOTEL 1 DAY PRIOR TO THE TOUR AT LAS VEGAS/ WHAT WOULD BE THE COST FOR IT
Q4 CAN I BOOK 1 DAY AFTER THE TOUR END IN SAN FRANCISCO/ AND WHAT WOULD BE THE ADDITIONAL COST FOR THE SAME
1. Unfortunately, we do not know the charges for breakfast at the hotels. Generally, all meals are around $10-$15 per person. 2. There are no hotel upgrades available for your tour. 3. You can arrange for your own pre-tour hotel while in las vegas. However, availiability will be up to the hotel. 4. For the SFO hotel extension, we can offer you an extension at an airport hotel. If you would like to make the arrangements for the post-tour hotel, please let us know in the comments section of your reservation.
Hi,
I will be visiting US in next month along with my Dad(60 yrs) and my son (4 yrs). I hv few questions on this tour:
-kindly expain the concept of Buy2 Get1 free.
-We will be staying in LA itself, hence, can we start the tour from the 2nd day? If yes, will there be any discount in price?
Thanks
Praveena
The buy 2 get 1 free applies when 3 people share 1 room then the 3rd person's ticket price is free.
We do not suggest you start the tour the 2nd day. If you start the tour after the tour has started, it will be your responsibility to make sure you attend the tour on time and in a proper fashion. Neither the tour guide nor bus driver will make special stops for you if you decide to attend the tour after the tour has started.
There will not be any price discounts if you opt out of any part of the tour.
The price does not include the admission fees to the theme parks or the Grand Canyon Dinner. There is a mandatory fee for all west Grand Canyon trips. For this trip, the mandatory fee is $89 per person. What that fee pays for is the West Grand Canyon Entry fee, the native American tribe reservation entry fee, the BBQ dinner and breakfast at the hulapai canyon lodge cafeteria, the wagon ride, and cowboy gunshow / Karaoke (if available for that date).
